Aspect Biosystems Closes an Oversubscribed Financing

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – September 6, 2016 – Aspect Biosystems Ltd., a privately held biotechnology company operating at the leading edge of 3D bioprinting and tissue engineering, today announced the completion of an oversubscribed financing. Aspect’s financing was supported by both institutional and private investors from across the globe. Proceeds from the current financing will accelerate the commercialization of Aspect's proprietary Lab-on-a-Printer™ bioprinting technology through the Company's Early Platform Access Program (EPAP) and strategic partnerships.
